Our Opportunity
We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our busy Charlestown centre on a full-time basis.
Our modern 8-chair practice offers a wide range of dental treatments, and you'll be joining a close-knit team that prides itself on delivering a seamless patient journey from the moment someone walks through the door.
Monday - Friday standard shift hours (8am–6pm) – enjoy genuine work/life balance!
Based in the heart of Charlestown, close to shops, gyms, cinemas and public transport
Work alongside a hands-on Centre Leader in a practice well-loved by its local community

Your Skills and Attributes
Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. As you may occasionally support chair-side duties, you'll also bring:
Experienced as a Dental or Medical Receptionist
Confidence managing appointment systems, payments and a busy front desk
A warm, patient-first approach and a genuine team spirit
Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
