As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and delivering timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operations. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system components, collaborating with different teams to maintain service reliability and support business continuity effectively.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Document and share knowledge to support team learning and process improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and communicate clearly across various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools and processes related to project management and operational support.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
