Position Highlights
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
Provide high-quality physical therapy services and monitor resident progress toward goals.
Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physician teams to ensure coordinated care.
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications
Current and active California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
