Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of tailored software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the specific needs of the organization. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to guide the project from conception through deployment, while maintaining alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technical efforts with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps platform.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and configuration within low-code environments.
- Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance to enhance user experience.
- Familiarity with data modeling and user interface design principles relevant to Microsoft Power Apps.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
