Sales Executive
About the Role
At Essity, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Professional Hygiene team in Perú, leading business development and distribution channel management across strategic markets.
The main objective of this role is to drive sustainable sales growth through distributor development and end-customer demand generation, strengthening our presence in segments such as Horeca, Industry, and Government.
We are seeking a professional with a strong commercial profile, solid B2B sales experience, and the ability to identify business opportunities, build long-term relationships, and develop strategies that contribute to business growth nationwide.
The focus of this position will be to manage and develop distribution channels, generate new business opportunities, and lead negotiations with strategic accounts, combining a commercial mindset with analytical and planning capabilities.

What You Will Do
- Manage and develop the assigned distributor portfolio across Lima and other regions of Peru.
- Implement commercial strategies aimed at increasing sales and market share.
- Develop business opportunities with end customers within the HoReCa, Industry, and Government segments.
- Lead prospecting, negotiation, and new business closing processes.
- Build and execute growth plans together with distributors and strategic accounts.
- Conduct sales analysis, KPI tracking, and commercial performance management.
- Prepare sales forecasts and actively participate in commercial planning processes.
- Manage and monitor business opportunities through CRM tools.
- Identify market trends, expansion opportunities, and customer needs.
- Develop value propositions and strategies to acquire new customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, key customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, and other support teams.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality, safety, and company commercial standards.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B commercial/sales roles.
- Experience in industries related to institutional hygiene, tissue products, cleaning products, or B2B FMCG.
- Experience managing and developing distribution channels.
- Knowledge and experience serving customers in the HoReCa, Industry, and/or Government sectors.
- Experience negotiating with corporate customers and strategic accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analysis, forecasting, and commercial planning.
- Availability to travel within Peru.
- Strong commercial and financial analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established network and knowledge of the institutional hygiene market in Peru.
- Experience working with nationwide distributors.
- Knowledge of profitability analysis, margins, and P&L management.
- Experience leading business development projects and opening new accounts.
- Experience in multinational companies and highly results-oriented environments.
