We have an immediate opening for an Injection Mold Technician
1st shift Monday through Friday
Pay rate $22 - $24/DOQ
6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Manage conveyor lines to ensure continuous production of the correct product.
- Set up, start up, troubleshoot, and monitor injection molding machines.
- Make machine adjustments, including injection pressure and cycle time modifications, to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot molding and process-related issues.
- Inspect molded products for dimensional and surface defects.
- Support mold changes and ensure proper startup procedures.
- Record scrap and production data accurately in ERP systems.
- Remove finished product off of conveyor line and box.
- Maintain departmental safety and housekeeping standards in designated work areas.
- React positively to change and
- Able to work overtime as necessary.

Qualifications
- Prior experience (2 years) injection molding experience and/or equivalent education, training, or job-related experience.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must be able to stand for full shift (8 to 10 hours).
- Able to lift and/or move 35 lbs. regularly.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Reliable attendance is a must.
