Petya Karadjova is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
- Execution of daily operational activities related to the management of customer finances for all users of A1 services and products (active, inactive, in enforcement proceedings, device customers, ICT services, etc.)
- Communication with external collection partners, law firms, stakeholders in the collection process, as well as entities providing software support
- Monitoring and control of the receivables and payments posting process in the Company’s internal systems (RMCA, PMM)
- Monitoring and control of the enforcement collection process in the Company’s internal systems (PMM)
- Ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of data related to operational activities (amounts of receivables and collections for all customer groups)
- Communication and collaboration with other departments
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting / Accounts Receivable/Customer Finance and/or Customer Service
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience working with accounting systems (SAP preferred)
- Good organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills with attention to detail
Nice to have:
- Experience in a global/multinational organization is a plus
- Participation in process or system improvement initiatives
- Good working knowledge of English
