Key Responsibilities
Inspect all finished product to ensure the quality of the units for safety, function, appearance, and compliance with customer order.
Ensure that all panels required for the order are ready and available for shipment.
Prepare orders for shipment by banding and wrapping the panels on the pallets.
Set up and tear down houses as needed.
Notify Supervisor of defects or errors for swift corrective action.
Assist in corrective action, (i.e.: adjusting cams, foaming voids, etc.).
Perform and complete all work in a safe and professional manner.
Perform other assignments as required.
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in manufacturing a plus.
Qualifications
The ability to understand & be able to follow ALL safe operating procedures & requirements.
The ability to use small hand tools efficiently and safely.
The ability to read blueprints.
The ability to read a tape measure.
The ability to safely operate a forklift.
The ability to make responsible and sensible decisions.
The ability to be dependable, cooperative, self-motivated, and self-disciplined.
The ability to be able to wear all safety equipment & PPE.
The ability to be on time and at work daily.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. on a continual basis.
Ability to reach overhead and/or above shoulder height frequently.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to use repetitive motions.
