Description
Recruiter / Talent Lead
Craniometrix · New York, NY · In-person · Full-time
About the Role
We're hiring our first dedicated talent hire. You'll own recruiting end-to-end across the entire company — clinical (Care Navigators), commercial, engineering/data, and operations. You'll work directly with the founders to build the team that scales Craniometrix, and your compensation will be directly tied to the hires you close.
This is not a coordinator role. You'll source, screen, sell, and close.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for every open role: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer, and close
- Build proactive pipelines across very different talent pools — from care navigators to engineers to commercial leaders
- Partner with founders on role scoping, comp benchmarking, and hiring prioritization
- Run a tight, fast process — candidates should feel our speed and intensity from the first touch
- Build our employer brand and make Craniometrix a place great people want to join
What We're Looking For
- 3–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; startup or agency experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to close candidates across multiple functions, not just one specialty
- Thrives in a high-intensity, high-ownership environment — you move fast and don't wait to be told what to do
- Strong judgment on people; you can tell the difference between a good interview and a good hire
How We Work
We measure output, not input. That said, meaningful output requires sustained effort. We're not a performative grind culture — but this is a high-commitment environment; we're often in past 7, usually forgetting how late it is because we're having fun solving. At the same time, we know output requires rest; we try to protect weekends and provide flexibility as life happens.
Compensation
Competitive base salary + incentive compensation tied to closed hires + equity. The better you recruit, the more you earn.
