We deliver customer-focused utility construction services with a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and doing the job right the first time.Our Services Include:Directional DrillingPlowing & Drop Plowing Trenching Fiber Splicing Underground Utility InstallationWhat You’ll DoAs an Equipment Operator, you’ll safely operate machinery and lead jobsite execution while working closely with your crew.Key Responsibilities:Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Lead and direct laborers on-site Set up jobsite safety controls (cones, signage, barricades, trench protection) Load and unload equipment, vehicles, and trailersInspect and maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment Stock vehicles with tools, materials, and supplies Keep equipment and worksites clean and organized Safely locate and expose existing underground utilities Participate in Plan of Day (POD) meetings and pre-job safety briefings Restore worksites to high-quality standards Communicate professionally with customers as needed Take ownership of personal and team safetyWhat Success Looks Like at Miners UndergroundProactively identifies and communicates safety concerns Follows established processes and quality standards Maintains professional, organized jobsites Operates equipment with skill and efficiency Communicates clearly and works well with the teamRequirementsExperience operating construction or utility equipment preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver’s licensePre-Employment Requirements: All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test.
