Salary Range: ₱50,000 - ₱80,000

The role
The Sales Engineer is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering technical solutions that meet customer needs.
This role supports the full sales cycle by providing technical consultation, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations, while also delivering after-sales support including technical inquiries, preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities and manage relationships with existing customers to achieve sales objectives.
• Identify customer requirements, challenges, and pain points to recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase solution value.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to develop accounts, secure opportunities, and achieve business targets.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide technical advice on products, applications, and solutions.
• Provide after-sales support, including installation assistance, preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Promote maintenance, calibration, and other value-added after-sales services.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, customer updates, and business activity reports.
What we're looking for:
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or related numeracy-based disciplines.
• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proven track record in consultative selling of complex enterprise solutions, technical solutions, or related products and services.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients and key stakeholders.
• Innovative and proactive in identifying potential leads, exploring new opportunities, and developing business growth strategies.
• Ability to explain complex ideas and technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Solid technical knowledge, preferably in software, web technologies, electrical, mechanical, or related technical areas.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
