Are you a fit?

We are seeking a Print Production Project Manager to oversee and coordinate print production activities across marketing and editorial projects. This role requires strong expertise in print specifications, vendor management, and logistics, combined with project management skills to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Print Production: Manage end-to-end production of brochures, single sheets, and other litho work.
  • Specifications Management: Define and oversee paper, color, and texture requirements.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with printing vendors, review blueprints, and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Traffic & Logistics: Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to meet deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align priorities and dependencies.

 

Must-have Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in print production and editorial printing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • English level: B2 Advanced or C1.
  • Strong knowledge of litho printing, specifications, and vendor management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments.

 

Nice-to-have

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation, and recommend effective AI use in workflows.
  • Experience in literature coordination and taxonomy management.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Preferred working hours aligned with CST US.
