What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology change initiatives across Prime Services.
- Partner closely with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to gather requirements and drive project execution.
- Produce business requirements, perform gap analysis, and support solution design.
- Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, UAT, implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the trade lifecycle.
- Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders across APAC, London, and New York.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience within investment banking.
- Strong product knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Prime Services
- Prime Brokerage
- Equity Financing
- Securities Lending / Stock Borrow & Lending (SBL)
- Repo / Repurchase Agreements
- Proven experience delivering Front Office change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
- Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, UAT, project governance, and end-to-end project delivery.
- Technical understanding of trading systems and architecture is preferred (coding experience is not required).
