What You’ll Bring

• Degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• At least 10 years’ experience, of which ideally 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ERP implementation experience (SYSPRO highly advantageous)
• Strong vendor and project management skills
• Excellent communication and influencing ability across all levels
• Solid understanding of ERP systems, integration, and data migration
• A strong understanding of system integration, data migration and data governance principles
• and PMP or agile or other relevant certifications are a plus.

 

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SYSPRO
• Act as the subject matter expert and key link between business, vendors, and technical teams
• Manage vendors/partners to ensure delivery on time, in scope, and on budget
• Analyse processes, identify gaps, and translate needs into requirements and user stories
• Lead migration from JDE and legacy systems to SYSPRO, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Oversee system integrations (HR, CRM, manufacturing) for seamless operations
• Drive change management and user adoption while keeping leadership informed
