Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day management and execution of retention programs, coordinating activities, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor program performance, analyze outcomes, and synthesize stakeholder feedback to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve retention, reduce disenrollment, and enhance the member experience.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Member Services, Technology, Analytics, and external partners to coordinate workstreams, facilitate communication, and support implementation of retention initiatives, including RMRP behavioral science efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and member engagement programs; support the development, implementation, and evaluation of solutions that drive continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate program performance and implementation progress, while supporting the development of member outreach strategies, member-facing communications, training materials, and program documentation.
- Additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• At least 6 months (nonconsecutive) experience in program or project management
• Ability to understand complex federal rules and guidelines and be able to ascertain business implications required.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
Technical skills: Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), corporate email systems and
SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing business processes for project teams
• Ability to build project plans or schedules
• Ability to drive, track and report project execution progress
• Ability to learn quickly and keep pace with fast-changing state and federal guidelines
• Experience in a cross functional strategy team and/or other projects within the healthcare industry

• Confirm all new programming is allowable with Medicare legal and regulatory partners

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $58,900 - $80,070
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $51,000 - $75,905
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
