Support the execution of business governance activities, including identification and management of issues and the monitoring and testing of controls across the coverage group.
Lead the planning and execution of team events; coordinate end-to-end logistics and cross-office activities across global technology and services hubs.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying friction points in recurring team workflows and proposing practical enhancements to processes, templates, and tools.
Monitor, update, and validate pipeline data and activity; create results reporting for decision support.
Develop and maintain underlying data for business and financial performance reports to support decision-making, alongside ad hoc reporting packages for time-sensitive senior management requests.
Maintain accurate data and documentation, including managing CRM.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior hands-on experience with DealCloud or another CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce).
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
1-4 years of professional work experience (investment banking, financial services, consulting or financial operations preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and distill findings into clear, concise summaries for senior stakeholders.
Understanding of, and appreciation for, risk and control processes in a regulated financial services environment; comfortable working within firm policies and escalating issues appropriately.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; capable of prioritizing effectively, multitasking across competing demands, and remaining composed under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across seniority levels and functional groups (bankers, HR, Compliance, Finance, Technology).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with strong initiative, a proactive mindset, and a sense of ownership over recurring tasks.
