Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab
This isn't just another staff opening; it’s an invitation to join the Top Inpatient Rehab Health System in the nation. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who thrives in a high-acuity, high-reward environment where neuro-rehabilitation is an art form. If you want to spend more time with your patients and less time racing a clock, this is your destination.
The Clinical Distinction
You’ll be joining a brand new, state-of-the-art, Joint Commission-accredited and certified 100-bed Rehab Hospital with a large, multidisciplinary team of over 35 other therapists. While other facilities push for high-volume turnover, we prioritize deep-dive neuro recovery and returning our patients to their homes.
Financial Security: $90,000 – $145,000 base salary; receive a raise every year!
Immediate Impact: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance
Future Proof: $3,000/yr Student Loan Repayment program (Tax Free!) for as long as you work with the company
Full Suite: 401k with match, premium health benefits, paid CEUs and Certifications, etc
The Requirements
Credential: Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible)
Experience: While Inpatient Rehab/Acute experience is preferred, we have the infrastructure to mentor ambitious New Graduates
Mindset: A passion for neuro-recovery and a desire to work in an award-winning setting

- Elite Caseload: Master the complexities of Stroke, TBI, and Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) alongside polytrauma, burns, and amputee recovery.
- The "Golden Ratio": Treat only 6 patients per day, always 1:1 with a patient-centered focus
- Structured Success: 7 hours of therapy + 1 protected hour for documentation and 1 hour for lunch
- Collaborative Power: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a dedicated team that strives to be the best clinicians they can be.
