To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Aguascalientes.

The Manufacturing Engineer role involves plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle. Additional duties involve the estimation of manufacturing capacity, production and materials control, warehousing and site facilities, maintenance, industrial engineering, and other manufacturing hold up activities.

What a typical day looks like:

• Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques
• Experience in new products development.
• Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.
• Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
• Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root causes of equipment failures and develop hands-on maintenance skills.
• Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products and may develop corrective and preventive action plans.
• Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.

• Functional will include, but not be limited to Engineering, Procurement, Materials Management, Regulatory, Quality, Warehousing and logistics, Business Excellence, cross functional Human Resource and Financial controls.

• May be involved in development and update of PFMEA for new products
• May participate in control plan development
• Write and update work instructions and other documents
•  Examines and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
• Conference with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
• Coordinates with customers to identify product specifications and design changes and responds to customer requests.
• Provides information for management recommendations from a technical and technical cost perspective.
• Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

• Guidance and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals. Provide visionary guidance to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing operations.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless production processes, meeting high-quality standards and timelines. Implement best practices to optimize efficiency, reduce materials, reduce production costs, and enhance the overall quality of our components.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor´s or Industrial / Mechanical , Electrical Engineering Degree
• Intermediate-Advanced English.
• Tools Knowledge: AutoCAD, Solid Works, Macros
• Standard Time, OBC operator balance chart, Tkt.
• Microsoft Office skills. (PP,  Word, Excel)
• Programming logic Knowledge.
