WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Define and lead new process and digital initiatives that improve footwear value outcomes across product creation teams
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify opportunities, risks, and insights related to product cost, sustainability, and manufacturing efficiency
  • Develop business cases, define requirements, estimate investment needs, secure stakeholder alignment, and manage project execution from concept through delivery
  • Partner with Design, Development, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Technology, Costing, and external partners to align priorities and enable successful implementation
  • Serve as a footwear cost and value subject matter expert, providing guidance and insights across multiple footwear categories
