Are you an experienced Butcher or Meat Cutter looking for stable hours and a true Monday–Friday schedule? We're hiring for our retail meat department! This is a great opportunity for a skilled meat cutter who takes pride in quality cuts, food safety, and great customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Cut, trim, bone, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and other meats into retail-ready products
• Produce steaks, chops, roasts, and specialty cuts to customer specifications
• Grind, portion, weigh, wrap, and label meat products accurately
• Build and maintain attractive, well-stocked meat cases
• Help customers with product selection, special orders, and cooking tips
• Track inventory and flag reorder needs
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
• Keep knives, equipment, and work areas clean and sanitized

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Butcher, Meat Cutter, or in a retail meat department (required)
• Hands-on experience cutting beef, pork, poultry, or other meats
• Solid knife skills and knowledge of meat processing techniques
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Friendly, customer-focused communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
