Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. The position requires driving the adoption of forward-thinking and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation and innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in quality delivery across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of continuous testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to Siemens Mendix environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering processes.
- Ability to develop predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation technologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support automated testing.
- Skilled in analyzing test results and driving improvements in testing accuracy and integrity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
