About the Role:
Wiley is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our China Marketing team. In this role, you will support the growth of our Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics (AI&DA) solutions portfolio, including products such as COAs, Audience Solutions, and Spectra Database.
Working closely with sales teams in China and global marketing colleagues, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, demand generation campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across the corporate market. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution in a fast-paced B2B environment.
How You Will Make an Impact
As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Wiley's presence and commercial success in the corporate market by:
- Developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for assigned products and solutions.
- Driving demand generation and audience acquisition campaigns to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
- Creating and localizing marketing content and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Partnering closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with customer needs and business goals.
- Supporting customer engagement initiatives, events, webinars, and marketing programs to strengthen Wiley's brand awareness.
- Collaborating with global marketing teams to adapt and implement global campaigns for the China market.
- Monitoring campaign performance and market trends to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and business impact.
What We Look For
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on go-to-market planning, demand generation, and campaign execution.
- Experience supporting commercial or solution-based products and working closely with sales teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Strong business acumen and willingness to challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.
- Experience supporting product localization and implementing global marketing campaigns in local markets.
- Familiarity with lead generation, marketing automation, customer engagement programs, and event marketing.
