About the Role & Team
Join our agile development team as a software engineer to build IDC Quanta, empowering companies worldwide to quickly and reliably make strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop and maintain software applications and systems. Use Claude Code extensively in every stage of software development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and software systems.
- Implement secure coding practices to safeguard applications.
What You Bring
Ability to use AI tools for coding (Claude Code preferably)
- Over 4 years of commercial experience in programming in Java
- Experience developing applications in Angular is strongly preferred.
- Experience with development using microservices and with API design
- Experience with creating automated tests
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IaC is a plus.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Interest in staying updated on industry trends and new technologies.
- Communicative proficiency in both English and Czech (B2+)
