Give support to the Relationship Management team, working directly with Account Managers in Credit Line Renewals, Annexes flow for special equipment and  collecting, reviewing and capturing financial information from our clients in our different internal systems such as EPM and Sales force, triggering pricing processes, credit hand off, yellow belt projects.  Commercial Associates are the back up for account managers and the pipeline for the commercial team.

• Responsable de tener los expedientes de los clientes al día -
  • Oportunidad creada, identificada en Sales Force y se detonó el proceso para actualizar el expediente del cliente (la oportunidad la debe dar de alta el AM)
  • Tienen el reporte anual de líneas vencidas – estar al pendiente, detectar, notificar y dar seguimiento de las líneas por vencer
  • AML – vencimientos- anticiparse, notificar y dar seguimiento a la fecha de vencimiento
  • Detonar los mails a los clientes para solicitar la información requerida para la renovación copiando al AM, cuando no tenga respuesta positiva aun con reminders apoyarse con el AM responsable.
• Preparar la documentación/aprobaciones para los handoff –
  • Check list documentos legales, riesgo, etc
• Acompaña al SR/AM en el handoff
  • Dar seguimiento al correcto setting de las cuentas una vez renovadas.
• Orden de Compra cuando el proveedor es elegido por el cliente o va por el flujo de trucks
• Solicitud de alta de proveedores cuando son sugeridos por el cliente
• Alta de ID en el Flow de trucks
• Seguimiento de los status del Flow de trucks para que avance hasta la emisión del anexo (apoyado por el AM)
• Revisión de anexos expedidos en Flow de trucks, previo al envío al cliente (acompañado con AM)
• Provisión de fondos (MxP y USD) para las operaciones mensuales
• Subir el funding package al Flow de trucks una vez firmado y completado el expediente, dar seguimiento para que se pague y capitalice
• Carga y seguimiento en la calculadora
• Seguimiento junto con los AM de los vistos buenos para avanzarlo
• Solicitud de convenios de adhesión y cesión de clientes existentes
• Actualizaciones de LA’s
• Visibilidad mensual con los Reps de los vencimientos de los coches, las compras en sistema, detectando aquellos que no se están atendiendo.
• Participar en las reuniones con clientes.
• Recibir leads de parte de commercial excellence y tener el primer contacto con los prospectos, y pre calificarlo
• Apoyo a los AM en caso de RFP
• Actualización de propuestas en caso de ser necesario previa revisión con AM

- Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any other related career (numerical).
• 1 year of experience in the commercial and / or financial services industry.
