About the Role

Are you passionate about transforming data into strategic insights that drive commercial performance and operational excellence?

 

In this role, you will lead Cargo Business Insights and Planning, driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver Riyadh Air Cargo’s strategic priorities while developing data-driven insights that support informed decision-making and sustainable business growth.

 

You will play a key role in managing business performance across cargo operations by overseeing vendor delivery, analysing operational and commercial data, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, profitability, and customer outcomes.

 

Working closely with Cargo, Finance, Commercial, Technology, Procurement, and external partners, you will ensure business requirements, digital platforms, and operational processes remain aligned with Riyadh Air’s digitally native vision.

 

Your responsibilities will include developing performance dashboards, managing offshore vendor relationships, supporting budget delivery, strengthening pricing and cost models, and delivering actionable insights that improve operational performance and commercial decision-making.

 

As a strategic business leader, you will identify system enhancements, optimise business processes, and leverage technology and market intelligence to drive continuous improvement across cargo operations.

 

You will also establish governance frameworks, maintain process controls, and ensure vendor performance, compliance, and service delivery consistently meet agreed business and contractual standards.

About You

Degree qualified in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Aviation Management, or a related discipline, you will bring extensive +7 years of experience across finance, operations, business management, procurement, revenue management, or cargo operations.

 

You will have strong expertise in business performance reporting, data analytics, vendor management, and commercial planning, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights and measurable operational improvements.

 

Experience within air cargo, aviation, logistics, or other transport-related industries will be highly valued.
