Graduation from high school or GED and three years of experience in eligibility, investigative, judicial, legal work or other relevant experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for minimum qualification requirements.
Outstanding organizational and computer skills preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred.
Valid driver's license is required to travel to and from the courthouse.

This position calls for the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and it also requires use of a personal car to travel to and from the Hall of Justice.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Considerable knowledge of the Child Support Services Program and applicable legal procedures;
- Considerable ability to interview custodial and non-custodial parents and related sources, and to investigate cases;
- Considerable ability to organize, analyze, and summarize case information;
- This position involves giving testimony in court and verifying all information needed.
- This position calls for the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with custodial and non-custodial parents, location resources, offices of the Clerk of Court, Magistrates, agency attorneys, Sheriff, other court officials, and private attorneys.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to display professionalism.
