Qualification

BE / B.Tech / Instrumentation / Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical from reputed institutes. PMP Certification would be an advantage

Experience

Min. 10+ years’ experience in IBMS projects execution. 3+ years of project management experience.
 

Responsibilities / Skills Required

• Oversee projects from beginning to end
• Manage the project within the budget
• Achieve monthly revenue & collection numbers inline to the full year target
• Improve the project financials & project cash flow
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, consultants and key team members of the project team
• Ensure strong customer relationship
• Determine the project schedule.
• Ensure smooth project kick start and completion
• Conduct project kick off meeting (internal & customer) & document the scope
• Ensure supplies and services are ordered and delivered according to the project schedule
• Prepare & circulate project reports in regular intervals, track the project status towards schedule completion
• Resolve any problems that may arise
• Ensure on site safety, ethics & statutory compliance 
• Train and mentor the project team members, timely support when the team needs
• Negotiate with external vendors on contract agreements
• Delegate responsibilities & track
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the projects
• Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly
• Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards

Technical, soft skills required

• Technical knowledge on BMS, ACS, CCTV, FAS, PAS, Physical Security
• MS Project planning
• Work experience on SAP platform for projects function
• MS Excel & Power point
• Customer facing & internal team communication skills
• Good verbal & non-verbal communication skills, effective coordination with internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of the project
