Description
To coordinate all administrative and office related activities for the Okonite Research Center and all Clinical Trial Activities.
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in business administration, Secretarial Science, or related field or certification from a secretarial school preferred.
Prior administrative secretarial experience.
Advanced in software applications including WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. And Excel. Good organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and in writing). Ability to effectively interact with customers to meet their needs. Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment. Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule. Ability to set priorities, make effective decisions, and respond quickly to customer's needs. Ability to recognize and deal with problematic situations and to prioritize. Uses discretion in confidential matters.
