Position Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining control of valet dispatch work area to ensure guest vehicles are properly documented and promptly delivered.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
- Inputs guest vehicle information into CVPS valet software system
- Files and retrieves keys and parking tickets upon customers request
- Assist guests with completing lost claim forms, as needed
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists guests with directions and property information, as needed
- Assists with locating lost vehicles in valet
- Maintains and organizes work area
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of general clerical experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through the company carrier
Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Training Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of CVPS valet software system
- SMART alcohol awareness
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Office work environment
- Must be able to sit in front of computer screen for extended periods of time
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
