Treatment Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time
Riverwalk Post Acute
Pay: $32–$36 per hour, depending on experience
Riverwalk Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Treatment Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team. If you take pride in providing excellent wound care, supporting positive clinical outcomes, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of your residents, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Perform and document wound assessments and treatments
- Provide wound care and skin treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor residents for changes in skin condition and wound progression
- Work closely with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Support preventative skin care and pressure injury prevention
- Educate residents, families, and team members regarding treatment plans as appropriate
- Assist with maintaining compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
- Current California LVN license in good standing
- Previous skilled nursing, post-acute, wound care, or treatment nurse experience preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
