  • Career experience in a hands-on technical capacity, ideally in network engineering, systems engineering, or cloud infrastructure, followed by progressively broader leadership responsibility.
  • Working knowledge of network and infrastructure security, including next-generation firewalls, IPS/IDS, application control, digital certificates, proxy technologies, load balancing, network access control, MFA, VPN, security monitoring, traffic analysis, DDoS threats, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation.
  • Relevant technical or leadership certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, GIAC, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Palo Alto Networks, or comparable credentials are preferred.
  • Experience with Palo Alto Networks, Prisma Access, or similar enterprise networking and cloud-security platforms; prior implementation or operational leadership experience is preferred.
  • Experience leading enterprise cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, including governance, architecture, operations, cost management, and partner oversight.
  • Experience leading hybrid identity and infrastructure environments that include Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Excellent program and project leadership skills, with demonstrated responsibility for large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Experience managing operating and capital budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, service levels, and technology lifecycle investments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations for employees and leaders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution, manage competing priorities, and lead effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent judgment, creative thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
