Job Description

To formulate and execute tactical customer value proposition strategies for the sub-segments within the Retail segment. The role is responsible for growing customer acquisition, engagement, revenue, and profitability through CX improvements, innovative propositions, partnerships, and customer-centric solutions aligned to segment needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the value proposition strategy for the relevant subsegment(s)/niche(s)
• Use customer, market, and competitor insights to identify and unlock growth opportunities and shape proposition design
• Drive acquisition, activation, retention, cross-sell, and engagement initiatives
• Manage the proposition lifecycle from design and delivery to optimisation and performance monitoring.
• Partner with Product, Digital, Sales, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, and Operations to deliver aligned customer solutions.
• Build partnerships that support the relevant subsegment(s)/niche(s)
• Manage and report on delivery plans, budgets, business cases, and return on investment
• Track proposition performance, customer behaviour, profitability, and management information

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Honours Degree advantageous.

Experience

• 6 to 8 years' experience in Product Management, Proposition Management, Customer Strategy, Digital Banking, Marketing, Retail Banking or Insurance
• Experience managing entry or mass-market propositions preferred
• Understanding of the retail segment customer preferred
