Powered by world-class technology and a user-first mindset, Bybit delivers a seamless ecosystem across trading, payments, wealth management, custody, institutional services, and Web3 — connecting users to the future of digital finance.

Our core values define how we build. We listen, care and improve to create products and experiences that put users first. Backed by a global team of ambitious builders, problem-solvers, and innovators, we foster a high-performance and fast-moving environment where talent is empowered to drive real impact at the global scale. Supported by 24/7 multilingual customer service and a strong commitment to innovation, we are shaping the future of finance through technology, collaboration, and bold execution.

Today, Bybit is recognized as one of the most trusted and transparent platforms in the digital asset industry, continuing to expand its global presence while building the infrastructure for the next generation of financial services.

About Bybit and this role

Bybit is one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, with a distributed workforce operating across many countries and time zones around the clock. Our people work in a fast-moving, highly regulated industry where speed, trust, and clarity matter every day.
This is a new role. As Bybit scales, how people experience the company has to be designed on purpose, not left to chance. The Head of Employee Experience & Innovation will build that experience end to end: the offices we work in, how employees hear from leadership, how we come together, and how engaged and connected people feel.

Mission

Make Bybit a place where talented people across every location feel informed, connected, and able to do their best work, and use data and new ideas, including AI, to keep improving that experience as we grow.

Key responsibilities

Employee engagement

  • Design and run the employee listening strategy: engagement surveys, pulse checks, lifecycle surveys, and exit insights.
  • Turn results into action plans with leaders, and track progress so employees see their feedback lead to change.
  • Shape the employee journey from onboarding to exit, removing friction at key moments.
  • Lead recognition programs and culture initiatives that reinforce Bybit's values.
  • Build community and belonging programs, including employee networks and wellbeing initiatives.

Internal events

  • Own the internal events calendar: all-hands, town halls, leadership offsites, team celebrations, and company milestones.
  • Deliver events across locations and formats (in person, hybrid, virtual) with clear goals, budgets, and measures of success.
  • Ensure events are inclusive and respectful of the cultural and religious diversity of our workforce.
  • Manage vendors, budgets, and logistics with strong cost discipline.

Internal communications

  • Build the internal communications strategy and editorial calendar.
  • Own and manage all internal communications channels: the intranet, company newsletter, all-company email, Slack or Lark channels, office digital screens, and leadership updates.
  • Own intranet content management end to end: content strategy, site structure, governance, publishing workflows, and keeping information accurate and current.
  • Set content standards and train content owners across functions so every team publishes clearly and consistently.
  • Partner with the CEO, executives, and the CPO on leadership messaging, change communications, and announcements.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications, Legal, and Compliance so sensitive or regulated messages are accurate and consistent.
  • Measure reach and understanding, and keep improving how information flows across the company.

Innovation

  • Bring new tools and ideas to the employee experience, including AI-enabled self-service, chat assistants, and automation of routine People processes.
  • Run small pilots, measure results, and scale what works.
  • Work with HR Technology and IT to keep the People tech stack simple, connected, and easy to use.

Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team across the four areas above.
  • Own the function's budget and vendor relationships.
  • Serve as a member of the People Leadership Team and a trusted partner to senior business leaders.

Workplace operations

  • Lead the global Workplace Operations team that manages Bybit's offices in Dubai (UAE), Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
  • Own office strategy and space planning, including openings, moves, expansions, and fit-outs, in partnership with Finance.
  • Set consistent workplace standards across all sites: facilities, health and safety, front desk, amenities, and spaces that support diverse needs such as prayer and wellness rooms.
  • Manage facilities vendors, service contracts, and office budgets with strong cost discipline.
  • Partner with IT, Security, and Legal on physical security, access, business continuity, and emergency response.
  • Use occupancy data and employee feedback to design offices people want to work in.

What you bring

Requirements

  • 12+ years in People, employee experience, workplace, or internal communications, with 5+ years leading teams.
  • Proven ownership of at least two of: multi-country workplace or office operations, employee engagement, internal communications, or large-scale internal events.
  • Experience managing an intranet or other internal communications platforms, including content governance.
  • Experience in a high-growth, global company with employees in multiple countries.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable turning survey, occupancy, and channel data into decisions.
  • Excellent writing and editorial judgment, including drafting for senior executives.
  • Track record of managing budgets and vendors.
  • Fluent English.

Preferred

  • Experience in fintech, crypto, financial services, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience working in the Gulf region and across Asia and Europe.
  • Hands-on use of AI and automation to improve employee services.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, engagement, and communications platforms (e.g., Workday, Culture Amp, Lark, Slack).
  • Arabic or Mandarin is a plus.

How you lead

  • Builder. You create programs from a blank page and scale them as the company grows.
  • Data-driven. You measure what matters and use it to decide where to invest.
  • Executive presence. You earn the trust of the CEO and senior leaders and can push back with care.
  • Global mindset. You design for many cultures, languages, and time zones, not one headquarters.
  • Bias for action. You move fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn't work.
  • Integrity. You handle sensitive information and messages with discretion and judgment.
