Transportation Supervisor

The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for day to day transportation operations, which include maintaining driver relations and all customer service functions needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a Full-Time position

• Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

• Daily Load and Route Planning
• Load Tracking
• Interacting with drivers
• Customer Service and reporting
• Dispatching trucks to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Work with other Terminal Managers in your area
• Communicating with Customer daily by phone and email
• Audit Billing
• Payroll
• Fleet Maintenance scheduling

Qualifications:

• Transportation/dispatch experience is required
• Knowledge of DOT Regulations
• Computer Skills (Outlook, Windows and TMW)
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have strong Customer and Driver interaction skills

The expected starting pay range for this position is $53,242.80 - $70,990.40 annualized salary. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
