As a Salesforce DevOps Engineer you will support client work within our business application consulting practice, helping clients optimize Salesforce environments through deployment, release, and operational support activities. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while navigating ambiguity and deepening your technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will help implement DevOps processes, coordinate build and release activities, interpret feedback from stakeholders, and contribute to dependable delivery across Salesforce consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client business needs and translating them into Salesforce Service Cloud DevOps requirements
- Managing assigned workstreams across release planning, deployment support, and configuration changes
- Supporting Salesforce administration, Lightning updates, and Service Cloud enhancements across client environments
- Coordinating source control, versioning, and build automation activities using DevOps tools and pipelines
- Troubleshooting release issues, deployment errors, and environment inconsistencies through structured problem solving
- Interpreting data from development and release activities to inform recommendations and next steps
- Documenting implementation approaches, technical decisions, and operating procedures for project teams
- Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing guidance on task execution and deliverable preparation
- Building client relationships by responding to delivery questions and adapting to changing priorities across engagements
- Applying knowledge of Salesforce architecture, enterprise integration, and technology implementation to support service delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Applying Salesforce DevOps tools across Service Cloud implementations
- Integrating release pipelines, testing, and deployment automation
- Interpreting client needs and translating them into technical solutions
- Mentoring junior team members through complex delivery work
