Commercial Restoration Project Manager

Commercial Restoration Project Manager to lead large-scale reconstruction and repair of commercial properties after fire, water, wind and storm damage. You'll manage projects from loss to completion, balancing construction management with insurance claim work.

What you'll do:

Lead large commercial restoration and repair projects from start to finish

Build and manage project budgets to keep jobs profitable

Create project schedules and coordinate subcontractors, trade partners and field crews

Work with estimators and insurance adjusters to make sure repairs match the approved scope

Communicate with commercial clients and property managers during high-stress recoveries

Required:

5+ years of commercial project management

Expert-level Xactimate

Expert-level Microsoft Project (or equivalent scheduling software) and construction management platforms

Proven experience estimating and managing large commercial projects

Strong knowledge of the insurance restoration process
