How You Succeed
To succeed in Group Audit at OCBC, one must combine critical thinking with a keen eye for detail. Build strong stakeholder relationships, ask the right questions, and challenge assumptions. Leverage data analytics for sharper insights and stay updated on emerging risks and trends. Managing multiple priorities, adapting to complex situations, and maintaining independence are key. Resilience and effective communication will help navigate challenges and deliver impactful, high-quality audit outcomes.
What You Do
- Independently build, deploy and maintain MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring) and agentic AI harness components (prompts, tools, agent workflows) for Agentic AI, GenAI and machine learning (ML) solutions supporting continuous risk assessments and continuous auditing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and engineers, to understand data needs and deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Collaborate with audit teams across countries to identify key problem statements where Agentic AI, GenAI and ML solutions could be applied, contributing to data science model design and development.
- Evaluate model performance, implement and deploy GenAI and ML solutions on OCBC Infrastructure at scale, ensuring robust monitoring, automation and operational reliability.
- Test and monitor agentic AI harness components for reliability, flagging failures or deviations from expected agent behaviour.
- Introduce innovative MLOps tools and technologies, and maintain the team's agent component library, to improve the efficiency, reliability and sophistication of Agentic AI, GenAI and ML solution deployment.
