Job Description & Summary

Meet your future team

Join one of the internal support teams of PwC Luxembourg, where administrative excellence helps business teams operate efficiently and deliver high-quality outcomes. You will work closely with professionals across departments, supporting day-to-day operations, coordination activities, and internal stakeholders.

What your role will look like

As a mid-level administrative professional, you will help ensure the smooth running of departmental activities through proactive coordination, quality control, and operational support. Your role exists to create efficiency, maintain high standards, and enable colleagues to focus on delivering value to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure administrative processes are applied consistently and perform quality reviews of documents before distribution.
  • Prepare and maintain professional documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Coordinate department-specific operational activities, including provider and contingent workforce administration, purchasing support, internal communications, and event coordination.
  • Manage calendars proactively, scheduling meetings, coordinating business travel, and anticipating logistical needs.
  • Support internal stakeholders by facilitating effective communication and ensuring timely follow-up on administrative actions.
  • Explore and adopt AI-enabled tools and new ways of working to increase efficiency and improve administrative processes.

Your growth and opportunities

This role offers exposure to a broad range of business activities and stakeholders across the firm. As your expertise grows, you will have opportunities to take ownership of increasingly complex coordination activities and contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives. You will also strengthen your digital and AI-related capabilities in an evolving work environment.

The skills you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Management Assistance or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or department assistant role.
  • Proficient and independent use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • English language proficiency: CEFR level not specified in the source information.

Ways of working

  • Think critically, organise information clearly, and apply attention to detail when reviewing documentation and processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes and deliver high-quality support.
  • Proactively learn new tools, technologies, and ways of working, adapting quickly to changing business needs.
  • You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation.

Take your next step

Bring your organisational expertise, curiosity, and drive for continuous improvement to a role where your contribution helps teams perform at their best. Work alongside diverse professionals, expand your skills, and help shape more efficient ways of working through collaboration and innovation. Grow here. Go further.
