Sourcing
- Lead sourcing activities, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers.
- Identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage procurement risks.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance.
- Provide category leadership, market insights, and continuous improvement
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including market analysis, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
- Drive competitive sourcing initiatives while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, service levels, and contractual conditions to maximize value.
Contract Management
- Oversee contract lifecycle activities, including drafting, negotiation, execution, renewals, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards are met.
- Monitor contract expiration and renewal strategies.
Financial & Performance Management
- Deliver annual cost savings, value creation, and cost avoidance targets.
- Monitor category spend and procurement performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to assigned categories.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Act as the Category Lead for IT and HR procurement, providing guidance and mentorship to procurement team members where applicable.
- Drive procurement process improvements, digitization initiatives, and best practices.
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous capability development within the procurement function.
