  • Executive Payor Governance: Oversee end-to-end planning for executive payor meetings, including agenda prioritization, briefing materials, commitment tracking, and documentation of key outcomes.
  • Executive Decision Support & Synthesis: Distill complex operational, financial, and contractual updates into concise, executive-ready presentations, decision briefs, and status reports.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate deliverables among internal teams (Legal, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Analytics), external partners, and executive sponsors to ensure timeline alignment and smooth operational handoffs.
  • Workflow Optimization & Automation: Leverage Microsoft 365, work-management systems, and approved automation/AI tools to streamline project intake, reporting, and tracking while maintaining strict data confidentiality.
