THE TEAM

Join Mobility Global's Compliance & Ethics team as a senior member, partnering with Human Resources, Legal, Cyber Defense/Information Security, Audit, and other corporate functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT

Mobility Global seeks a Senior Principal, Ethics & Investigations who combines investigative depth with the ability to strengthen and evolve practical processes. This hands-on role will lead complex internal investigations across issue types and help operate the Americas Investigations Center of Excellence while building the oversight and engagement model for investigations conducted by international HR partners.

The Senior Principal will bring substantial workplace-investigations and employment law experience; strengthen triage, investigation quality and global consistency; and establish C&E's partnership with Cyber Defense/Information Security to address insider threats. This is a highly visible, hands-on, global role requiring both strong judgment and operational rigor in a fast-moving environment where the playbook is still being written. The Senior Principal will help define Mobility Global's culture of integrity, establish trusted and defensible processes, and support the growth and success of the newly standalone public company.

Complex Investigations

• Lead sensitive, complex internal investigations across all issue types, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace conduct, conflicts of interest, fraud, data exfiltration, and misuse of Company resources or information.

• Own the end-to-end investigations lifecycle from scoping through closure: develop investigation plans, conduct interviews, assess evidence and credibility, apply Company policies, and prepare concise, defensible reports and executive briefings.

• Handle high-risk matters involving senior personnel, complex facts or significant cross-functional coordination, maintaining investigative independence and partnering with HR and Legal on appropriate follow-up.

• Maintain investigation independence, confidentiality, and objectivity in accordance with best practices.

• Ensure evidence handling, documentation, case management, and record retention meet litigation and regulatory expectations.

Americas COE & International Investigations Oversight

• Build and operationalize C&E's oversight and engagement model for international HR-led investigations with HR and Employment Legal, defining responsibilities, planning, escalation, quality review and findings consultation, subject to local law and works council requirements.

• Develop and enhance global investigations policies, procedures, governance frameworks and practical guidance to promote consistent practices that meet applicable local requirements.

• Develop and equip HR and other authorized investigators with training, tools, consultation and quality review, incorporating local expertise and jurisdiction-specific flexibility.

Insider Threat & Information Protection Investigations

• Establish and lead C&E's investigative partnership with Cyber Defense/Information Security to help mitigate insider threats, including suspected misuse, unauthorized access, transfer or exfiltration of confidential information.

• Define joint workflows, referral criteria, roles, escalation paths and handoffs with Cyber Defense/Information Security, Privacy, Legal, and HR, distinguishing technical monitoring, independent fact-finding, legal advice and employment decisions.

• Lead the conduct-investigation component of insider-risk matters, integrating technical evidence into the broader factual record and identifying opportunities to strengthen controls.

Investigation Process Enhancement

• Help enhance Ethics Helpline operations, partnering closely to ensure accurate triage, categorization, routing and assignment of concerns based on risk, complexity and capacity.

• Partner with C&E colleagues to continuously enhance and evolve investigation standards, workflows, playbooks and templates covering intake, evidence management, documentation, stakeholder communications and closure.

• Help oversee investigations case management systems, including workflow design, documentation standards, data quality and reporting integrity; develop metrics and dashboards to track timeliness, outcomes and emerging conduct risks.

• Lead root-cause analysis to identify policy, process, control or cultural factors contributing to misconduct; partner on remediation, track corrective action completion and assess effectiveness.

• Prepare clear, accurate reporting for senior management and governance forums on significant matters, investigation trends, systemic issues and remediation progress.

Broader Ethics & Compliance Support

• Support risk-based review and resolution of conflicts of interest disclosures, including employee guidance and appropriate mitigation or management plans.

• Contribute to ethics training, awareness and speak-up initiatives, translating investigation insights into practical guidance and prevention efforts.

• Support policy drafting and governance initiatives, including the Code of Business Ethics.

• Support other Compliance & Ethics priorities and perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Basic Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• 10+ years of progressively responsible internal corporate investigations experience, including substantial experience investigating discrimination, harassment, retaliation and workplace conduct.

• Working knowledge of employment law and demonstrated experience partnering with HR and employment counsel on sensitive investigations.

• Proven ability to independently lead complex, high-risk investigations, assess evidence and credibility, and produce clear, fact-based findings and policy analysis.

• Demonstrated success building, enhancing or evolving investigation processes, governance frameworks or programs, not simply conducting cases.

• Strong process discipline, judgment and discretion; ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in an evolving environment.

• Excellent writing and executive communication skills, with the ability to build trusted cross-functional partnerships and drive execution without direct authority.

• Thrives without a set playbook: a hands-on operator with a can-do attitude who carries a caseload while helping write the playbook, works independently and adapts as processes and priorities evolve.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating investigations across jurisdictions and advising or overseeing local HR investigative partners in a multinational environment.

• Experience partnering with Cyber Defense, Information Security or Insider Threat teams on employee-related information misuse or exfiltration investigations.

• Experience developing training, quality-review practices and case-management reporting; familiarity with NAVEX EthicsPoint or similar platforms.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

• Competitive compensation package, including base salary and incentive opportunities where applicable.

• Comprehensive health and wellness benefits for employees and eligible dependents.

• Retirement savings programs, including company matching contributions where available.
