Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for the strategic growth, lifecycle management, pricing, positioning, promotion, and performance of a specified product category. The role partners with vendors, sales teams, operations, and leadership to drive market growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and product adoption while supporting company objectives.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic development and management of a specified product category to enhance market presence and profitability.
• Monitor pricing trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to support revenue growth and margin performance.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to develop and execute promotional programs and sales initiatives.
• Drive product stocking, merchandising, and display strategies to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Identify opportunities for product innovation, expansion, and continuous improvement.
• Support branch operations and ensure alignment with customer service and operational standards.
• Provide product expertise and training to internal teams and customers.
• Utilize data and analytics to guide business decisions and product strategy.
• Travel Requirements: Up to 50%

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience developing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.

• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems such as ERP and CRM platforms.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

• Minimum five years of product management, category management, or related business experience.
• Able to pass background and drug screening

Preferred: Professional certifications - Product Management Certification or equivalent.

Physical Demands: Light (up to 20 lbs occasionally, 10lbs frequently)
