  • Work alongside a dedicated and compassionate nursing team.
  • Utilize your clinical knowledge and skills in a supportive environment.
  • Gain valuable experience across different shifts and resident-care needs.
  • Be part of a team that values dignity, respect, teamwork, and quality care.

Position Overview

The Part-Time PM Shift RN provides professional nursing care during our afternoon through evening shift.

The ideal candidate is dependable, clinically confident, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the nursing team.

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
  • Monitor residents requiring increased observation or clinical attention.
  • Address resident and family questions and concerns professionally and compassionately.
  • Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life.

Teamwork & Support

  • Provide support and clinical guidance to nursing staff as appropriate.
  • Collaborate effectively with CNAs, LVNs, RNs, physicians, therapy staff, and other departments.
  • Adapt to different assignments, shifts, and resident-care needs.
  • Communicate clearly with residents, families, staff, and leadership.
  • Help maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.
  • Provide reliable support during staffing shortages, call-offs, vacations, and other coverage needs.

  • Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • A positive team player who works well with different staff members.
  • Professional, approachable, and respectful.
  • Comfortable working independently while knowing when to seek assistance.
