## Tasks
- Manage, coach, and train appointment setters and closers.
- Build daily activity structures across Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and Slack.
- Track team performance and optimize scripts, workflows, and messaging.
- Run daily huddles, weekly reviews, and role‑play sessions.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations for smooth lead flow.
- Implement accountability systems and performance reporting.
- Improve sales processes to increase conversions and predictability.
## Requirements
