Are you fluent in another language and passionate about supporting your community? thebigword is looking for Greek Interpreters in New York City to assist during the upcoming elections this June!
What You’ll Do:
- Support non-English speakers at polling sites across NYC Boroughs.
- Interpret between voters and poll workers, translate ballots, and answer questions.
- Assist with site setup, breakdown, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure a nonpartisan, welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Available for Election Day (5:00am–10:00pm) and Early Voting days.
- Willing to undergo training.
