Description
As an **Industrial PLM Specialist in the heavy transport and special vehicles industry** , you will play a key role in driving digital transformation by developing and optimizing **PDM/PLM systems** within a complex industrial environment.
## Tasks
You will contribute to strategic initiatives related to product lifecycle management and help build a **high-performance digital ecosystem**.
Your responsibilities include:
- Defining and evolving **PDM/PLM concepts** to improve industrial processes
- Leading workshops, structuring methodologies, and establishing standards for digital transformation
- Developing and enhancing the **PLM CIM Database (CDB)**, including architecture and automation aspects
- Planning, testing, and deploying system updates while ensuring proper documentation
- Providing **level 2 technical support** to engineering teams
- Actively contributing to **change management** initiatives
- Collaborating with **cross-functional teams** (IT, engineering, external partners) to drive innovation
## Requirements
As an **Industrial PLM Specialist**, your profile is described as follows:
- Degree in **engineering**, **computer science**, or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in **PLM/PDM systems** and digital industrial processes
- Basic technical understanding of **CAD tools (M-CAD / E-CAD)**
- Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Good command of **English and German**, French is considered an asset
- Motivation to work in an innovative industrial environment
