Overview

As a Hearing and Vision Technician, you'll administer vision and hearing tests to school and preschool children aged 3-18. You'll conduct volume testing, isolate subnormal results, retest, accurately record results, and notify teachers and professionals. The role involves documenting test results, following up with parents of children who fail tests, and referring them to other providers. You must possess a valid driver's license and complete state-approved training courses within one year of employment.
