Overview
As a Manufacturing Training Coordinator at SPL, you'll develop, coordinate, and maintain the manufacturing training program to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. You'll manage the Learning Management System (LMS), schedule and track onboarding and refresher training, and monitor training compliance metrics. Your responsibilities include ensuring training activities comply with FDA and global regulatory standards, maintaining training procedures, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to develop training materials, and supporting new employee orientation. You'll also track employee qualifications, identify training gaps, and recommend improvements to training processes.
