About the Opportunity

As part of our continued international expansion, we are seeking ambitious and results-driven professionals to join our operations in the Dominican Republic. If you have a passion for sales, client relationship management, and leadership within the FX industry, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Languages Required: Spanish & Portuguese
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the FX industry
Previous experience as a Conversion Agent, Retention Agent, or Team Leader is mandatory
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire for professional growth
Fluent English; additional languages will be considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Conversion Agents

• Engage with prospective clients and convert leads into active traders.
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.

Retention Agents

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Increase client activity and encourage long-term engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and tailored support.
• Meet and exceed retention and revenue objectives.

Team Leaders

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching.
• Ensure team targets and operational goals are achieved.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Act as a role model by maintaining the highest professional standards.
