Overview
As a Quality and Supplier Development Manager at SPHEREA, you will ensure suppliers deliver products and services at expected performance levels. Your responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, defining and managing improvement plans, resolving supplier technical issues, tracking supply chain risks, participating in supplier selection and qualification, and supporting industrial transfers. The role requires solid experience in supply chain management with knowledge of methodologies like CBN and Lean tools, quality methods and tools including root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, QQOQCP) and supplier audits, familiarity with ISO9001 and EN9100 standards, and knowledge of IPC-A610. Proficiency with ERP systems (IFS preferred) and Office 365 tools is required, along with B2 English proficiency.
